About THe owner

Frances A. Phelan Krische is a graduate of St. Francis College, Brooklyn, New York.  While at college she studied abroad at The University of Galway, Ireland.  She worked as a legal secretary during college and then a paralegal before entering St. John's Law School in Jamaica, New York.  Frances began her legal career with the Kings County District Attorney's Office before entering the civil side of the law.  She has been practicing law for more than 25 years and has a varied experience which has allowed her to help a diverse group of people and companies in her own practice.  She began the firm in 2002 and continues to grow it to this day.  The firm handles construction defense litigation, trusts and estate matters as well as residential real estate.  Frances' mission is to have a firm that provides legal representation that is client focused.  

Frances also believes in giving back.  She participates in the St. John's School of Law Alumnae Leadership Council.  She is on the Advisory Council of You Are My Light Foundation and Trust which purpose is to build healing centers for victims of human trafficking.
